It all started in 2010, when Innovative Hometech Pvt Ltd was formed by Sahas Bedi under the expert guidance of Mr. Dinesh Bedi, a real estate veteran with over 40 years of experience, having held leadership positions at powerhouses like Hero Group and Maruti. Mr. Dinesh Bedi’s unparalleled insights and network laid the foundation, but it wasn’t long before the next generation took the reins. In 2014, Ishan Bedi joined the family business, infusing fresh energy and vision, and taking the company to new heights by diversifying its presence overseas. Together, they’ve shaped a company that has become a trusted name in real estate, with a reputation that precedes it.
